Haier smart air-conditioner base, planned capacity 6 million units/year, operating from 2025
Haier is a globally known home-appliance company building the Haier Industrial Park in Chon Buri, Thailand, as a smart appliance manufacturing base for Southeast Asia. The park centres on producing air conditioners and other home appliances and draws in supporting suppliers, forming an important part of Haier localized manufacturing and service for the ASEAN market.
As leading Chinese appliance makers expand in Thailand, a factory presence brings Haier closer to local demand and lowers tariff and logistics costs.
