Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) is the locally incorporated bank in Thailand of ICBC, one of the world largest banks. In 2010 ICBC entered the Thai market by acquiring Thailand ACL Bank through a tender offer and renamed it ICBC (Thai). The bank offers corporate and retail banking, trade finance, renminbi and cross-border financial services.

Drawing on ICBC global network and financial strength, it serves two-way China-Thailand investment and trade, and is a leading Chinese financial institution in Thailand.
